could the light be too close? i have an identacle one right next to this one and it looks fine. 400w MH about 2.5-3ft above the little fuckers. first pic sucks, basically after about 2 days after sprouting it started bending over, came home today and it was pointing straight down.

Dark and blurry photos don't help. If you are using a digital point and shoot, learn how to turn on the macro mode (usually indicated by a little flower ironically enough).

Seed upside down? Otherwise just a confused plant or bad genetics. Hopefully it'll straighten itself out in a few days. Can't see that there's anything you can really do for it.

Soil looks bone dry.
