Help! Emergency Marijuana Transplant!

Hi guys,
So I recently germinated and planted a high potency sativa strain called Planewreck (no relation to Trainwreck) in a regular pot of soil (Miraclegrow). It's been doing great up till now - has grown to about 2-3" in 2 weeks.

SOMEBODY TOOK MY ENTIRE POTTED PLANT AND THREW IT IN THE DUMPSTER!!!

Luckily, I got home tonight and went outside to water it, and couldn't find it. I looked around and eventually led myself to my apartment's dumpster. I found the pot of soil inside laying sideways with most of the soil spilled out. Anyway, I thought it was worth it, so I jumped in and retrieved the plant/pot/some soil.

I'm fairly sure it was thrown out literally hours ago as the soil is still moist and the seedling is still green (the stem is still green/white - normal color).

The plant and its roots look completely intact and it was laying on top of the disturbed soil. It looks as if someone simply picked up the pot and tossed it into the trash.

Anyway, here's the deal: I hurried into my apartment and replanted the seedling. The pot was still about half-full with damp soil, so I simply topped it off with fresh dry soil . Then I watered the soil until it drained, and then I replanted the seedling (gingerly) about 2" into the dirt. I then hand-patted the soil until it was fairly firm (enough to keep the plant standing up straight).

Do you think it has a chance of surviving? Is there anything else I can do to increase its chances of making it through this upheaval?

Also, it is 1:30AM right now. I don't have a lighting system yet, so I am keeping it in my bathroom under normal 100w lighting for the rest of the night, and am planning on putting it in sunlight first thing in the morning. I figure this is best, seeing as normally I would have it on 24hour light (or at least 20hour) right now. Would it be better to give it some darkness after its traumatic experience?

Please give me some advice!!! If this thing survives, I will be buying a ballast/lighting system and putting it under a 400w Metal Halide bulb for 2 months to grow and then a 400w High Pressure Sodium bulb for 2 months to flower.

It should be fine from what you described, just keep normal care on it. And make sure not to stress it any more.
