2 Week old yellow spots and wrinkled leaves

got this 2 week old plant that i germinated from seed. i had sprouted 3 and this is the only one that has the problem. got six 20 watts cfls soft white using mylar for reflections, got a fan. temps are at 77-81 all day humidity is like 30-40. It has yellow spots and the leaves are very wrinkly. first two pics are the bad sick plant and the 3 one is the more healthier plant. i did a ph testing on the runoff and the ph is around 6.6-6.8. watering with kirkland bottled water. soil miracle grow. using no nutes or nothing

Well, since you just posted about the other ones and said you thought it was prolly them being rootbound, I don't think that's the case with this one. Maybe this is the problem, maybe it isn't, but miracle grow soils have some nutes in the soil already that young plants can't handle, also, if this one was transplanted along with those others that you had, it could still be just getting used to the new soil. Keep up with regular attention and if it is getting worse then let us know on here, but for now just keep an eye on her and see if she doesn't get all happy again.
