browning hairs/spots??**pics**

What type of medium? soil
What brand and type of soil? pro-mix potting and seeding mix
Indoors or outdoors? indoors
What strain?unknown bagseed

How old are the plants? 6 weeks or so in veg i prettty much vegged her until she preflowered, once preflowers appeared i jumped her into flowering12/12

What type of lights and how many watts? 36" 96 watt each bulb, double linear strip-metallic aluminum..oh also i have a 4 foot flourescent which holds two bulbs.it just stands there pointing towards the plant...

How far from the lights? no more than a couple of inch's i keep it just far enough to not burn the plant..

What, how much and when was it fed? miracle gro-ultra bloom, 5 ml per 4 litres. every 10 days or so.

NPK? 15-30-15

What is the medium/runoff pH? the ph stays around 6.4-6.8

What are the temps and humidity in the room?temp when lights on-24 never moves much..humidity-55...lights off temp-21, humidity-50

What size pots? 13 inch in diameter.about 11 inches high. i dont know exactly the amount it can hold.

Any bugs? no bugs, i have looked and looked.

Any other pertinent info? well i rotate the plant everday jsut to help out all sides, and once when i rotated it, it had some of the buds pushed up against the wall of the closet, and i thought that was the problem becuase it only happened to the two stalks on the side up against the wall, im not so worried about that problem.. more of the issue is that the leaves were up against the standing 4 foot flouro and it started to burn the plant leaves a bit, not much but i quickly moved it away after. but it seems like there is something in the grow room eating or deteriorating the leaves spots are appearing quite often, the spots looks like dry spots on the leaves or flouro burn from the lights but they arent touching it anymore and i cant figure out what the hell is the problem... i dont have any pics of the spots yet probably tomorrow, but i have a pic of the buds, any suggestions would be very very helpful. also if there is any info i left out jstu ask i guess.

hairs will also turn brown/orange if they have been pollenated, look for bannanas (male pollen sacks)
