End of veg. phase - Leaves drying up

Hey!

My plant looks so sick and I don't know why. I have put a clone into a 25L Pot full of BioBizz All-Mix soil. The first two weeks it growed so fast and well. But then the problems started.
First it stopped growing, then some the leaves got small, brown points and finally some of them became brown overall and dried up.

I have added no fertilizer as there should be enough in the soil for the whole vegetation phase.
I am using a 400W MetalHalide bulb in a "CoolTube", but it's definitely not too hot as the top of the plant looks still vital.
I have never sprayed water on the plant so itīs no burn.

Please have a look at the attached pictures (Or my gallery) and help me with my problem.
What could that be?

Additional info:
What type of medium; soil or hydro? Soil
What brand and type of soil? BioBizz All-Mix
Indoors or outdoors? Indoors
What strain? Exile
How old are the plants? 4 Weeks exactly
What type of lights and how many watts? 400W MH with CoolTube
How far from the lights? About 15 inches
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? Never so far
What is the medium/runoff pH? Not checked yet
What are the temps and humidity in the room? Both normal, about 24-30°C (75-85F) and 40-50%
What size pots? About 25 ltr. (7 Gallons)
Any bugs? Look real close. Nope
Any other pertinent info? All-Mix PH is about 6.2 - 6.6 (Described on the bag), My water is very hard (A lot of lime and chlorine)

Thanks a lot!
Greets,
Atako

Oh please give me a hint, it's getting worse =(
I have bought a pH-Meter now:

Water out of the water pipe: pH 7.6
After 24h stand-still: pH 8
Runoff: Still not checked, I guess about 7+

So I have always watered with pH ~8 and a lot of chlorine. Could this be the reason? I have heard of other people having this high pH in their water but they haven't had my problem...

Thanks!
Greets

Very good chance its your water. I had some of the same issues starting out. Try using distilled water from the grocery store or better yet rain water instead of tap water. Tap water has to much junk in it now a days to be watering plants as useful as MJ
GOOD LUCK

I hope you are boiling that tap water/leaving it out for 24 hours in an uncapped container.

Chlorine is the devil.

im a hydro-farmer

but the plant looks like its the pH . lower it

try using distilled water for a week or two.
see if the tapwater is killing it.

alot of additives in tap water.

good luck

Thanks

Distilled water is too expensive for a whole grow, isn't it...

I have bought Hesi PH- Grow&Bloom as I want to have a solution for the future.
Also I have started to fertilize now; 'will mix a cocktail of pH ~6.5 henceforth, lets see what happens.

( I was not boiling the water but left it out uncapped for at least 24h, sometimes a few days, the pH increased but now I can control it )

I have heard that soil is a good buffer so I wouldn't have to care about the pH but that seems not to be always correct. Also, as I have said already, our amount of chlorine is very high.

I am pacified now.

Thanks again,
Greets
