Just because some of the leaves are burned is no reason to start thinking of scrapping the whole grow. You can trim the burned tips of leaves off using a sterile blade, but the burns in the centers of the leaves will have to be left alone. You might as well let it keep growing, just make sure that you keep an extra close eye on it to make sure it doesn't hermie (the stress from being burned makes that more likely).
Even if you wanted to clone it, I'd recommend waiting at least a week, because the added stress of the burn makes it less likely that any clones you cut will be able to root properly and survive.
