Young Plant

This plant is about 3 weeks old. The lower leaves are starting to yellow with brown spots. Soil has perlite with no added nutes(Scotts Premium Topsoil). temps are 85 humidity around 60%. 18/6 schedule with daylight cfl. Watering with tap water and a drop of superthrive (once a week). I think its a lil young to be a nitrogen def. Can anyone help?

Mine started looking like that when I overdid the superthrive....One drop should be added per like 2 gallons of water, which you would then add to your plant. I bet thats it.

Tap water is usually really unreliable as well... Could have a super high ph, along with chlorine in the water.
