Newbee needs help pleeeeeeeeeeeez

ok my babies are into their third week now from seed and have started to show sighns of yellowing on the lower leaves. I have started to feed them using vitalink A + B but dont want to overdoit and burn the poor little girls. So what do you think out there more nutes ? Less nutes ? or couldit be something else that is affecting my babes.
Any help would be welcome please.

How old are the plants?3 weeks
What type of lights and how many watts? 200W ECO-LIGHT CFL 24/7 CYCLE
How far from the lights? 5 INCHES
What, how much and when was it fed?HYDRO SYSTEM FED TWICE A DAY 700PPM WITH WATERAT 260PPM BASELINE
What is the medium/runoff pH? 5.5
What are the temps and humidity in the room? TEMP IS 27 DegC AND THE HUMIDITY IS 48.96
What size pots? 3 INCH
Any bugs? Look real close. NO BUGS/ SEALED ROOM AND CARBON FILTERED IN AND OUT.
Any other pertinent info?

I think it could be a bit hot on the ferts ; over fert. Slight but there nonetheless.

yeh have cut back on the nutes and given a good flushing since last posted,. One of my other babes has started to show signs of sickness now and i am thinking that this could be the same problem. Have posted a couple more pics of the problem. What doyou think ??
