droopy slow growing seedling

I have a sensi star and lemon bubblegum plant going now and there my 2 oldest plants and they have been drooping for the past week or 2 and havent grown a leafset in forever. Right now there still on there first leafset and all my others that I started 2 weeks later are on there 2nd already and growing fine. The round leafs on the 2 plants are yellow with brown spots on them.

I have them in regular potting soil and I water them with tap water but I havent watered them in about a week. There currently in the window but when its cloudy and raining out I put them under my 23W CFL.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? I thought it was overwatering at first but I havent watered them in probly a week now and there still drooping.

Check your pH levels. Tap water can make them all wonky.

answer this:
What type of medium; soil or hydro?
What brand and type of soil?
Indoors or outdoors?
What strain?
How old are the plants?
What type of lights and how many watts?
How far from the lights?
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK?
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
What size pots?
Any bugs? Look real close.
Any other pertinent info?

What type of medium; soil or hydro? Soil
What brand and type of soil? no name topsoil
Indoors or outdoors? Indoor in windowsill when its sunny and under CFL when its raining and cloudy
What strain? Sensi star and lemon bubblegum
How old are the plants? 3 weeks to a month
What type of lights and how many watts? 23W CFL
How far from the lights? 2 inches maybe
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? never fed
What is the medium/runoff pH? I have no clue how to do that
What are the temps and humidity in the room? at night its around 13-14 and in the day around 20 - 25 celcius
What size pots? waterbottles about 8 inches tall
Any bugs? Look real close. no bugs
Any other pertinent info? Theyve been on there first leafset for a few weeks now and the 2nd ones are coming in really slowly and there drooping. The first round leaves are yellow and going brown.

If tap water makes them all "wonky" than what other water besides rain barrel water or puddle water is there to give them?

hard to tell w/o pics man. There's nothing wrong with using tap water to grow. Just make sure you leave it out for 24 hrs to get rid of any chlorine in there.
my nly suggestion without pics is to maybe keep it nice and close to that CFL and get it out of the window.
Also 3 weeks to a month old may need some food.. but again very hard to tell without a picture.

best of luck man.

I usually leave the water out for 2 days before I use it on my plants. Right now there under my CFL and still drooping. I would post pics but I dont know how to post pics onto a forum.

Thanks for the luck man.

I would put nutes on them since there a month old but they only have 1 leafset so I dont think that would be good to add nutes since there still so small for there age.
