Sick clone questions

What I am running:

I am using a hydrosystem, on a drip regulating on/off every fifteen minutes
I am growing doggies nuts blueberry, in a bubble bucket with a 10 gallons of water in an 18 gallon reservour. I am using GH FloraMicro, grow, and bloom. I got these babies as clones, they are 2 and a half weeks old. they are 6 inches tall. They are currently in rockwool with red filtration rocks. I have a in/out fan with a custom built box and 2 foot T5 system hanging two inches from the plant. Running four T5 bulbs, 3 blue, 1 red. I currently have another small fan blowing around the box to give the plants strenght temperature is usually kept at 75-80 degrees.

PROBLEM:
My current problem is that the plants leaves are very droopy and the bottom fan leaves are very yellow with edges of brown on one, and the other two have slight browing a yellowing at the tips. The new growth on all look a very lime green with a slight discoloration of yellowing. The new growth leaves are all curling up and not dispursing properly. One of the clones also has some fan leaves curling up like you would roll a joint.(I have a ppm wand if anyone knows the correct number level that is ideal for 3, 2.5 week old clones)

Solutions:
My first thought was my nutrient levels after I checked the ph it came out to look like it ranged from 7 to 8. I was going to empty the reservour and remeasure the nutrients not adding as much. I followed the amounts on the back of the GH bottle for cuttling and seedling adding 1/4 tsp per gallon. I do not think my lighting is browning the leaves because it has such low output of heat. My room temperature and water temperature is ideal and this is definatly not my first time. All comments help. The sooner the better.keep on keepin on

a picture would help, but it sounds like the problem is coming from the nutrient water and not enough moisture in the air. what is going on is the clones have not rooted enough and the nutrient solution you are giving the clones probably has nitrogen in them and that promotes leaf production and not root growth and the solution is probably giving the plant fert burn since it is too young. infact nitrogen inhibits root growth. your leaves are wilting because you do not have enough roots to supply the plant with water, so they are water stressed. to fix all of this, all you need to do is flush your resevoir out and put non-nutrient water in their for a weak. then you need to cover the clones with a large plastic dome together or seperately and mist them occasionally. this will prevent the water stress the stem is experiencing because the foilage will absorb the water is need. so basically layoff the nutes for about 1-2 weeks and increase the humidity around the clones to reduce water stress.

pH of 7-8 when in rockwool is way too high. It should be closer to 5.5-5.8.
