Drooping leaves when lights off

Currently the plant is on 12/12 and when the lights go off the leaves will droop. Is that normal?

Description:
Transplant/seed starter soil for a transplanted plant

Light: 400 watts hps, 8 cm away, 12/12 for flowering

Temp:around 24C, Humidity:water evaporating from the soil, fan is blowing on plants lightly

type of water:6.0-6.5 ph nutrient tap water, watering when top eight cm are dry, transplant is in a 3 gallon bucket

Miracle Grow bloom boost dosage:1/2 teaspoon per 2 quarts every two weeks

The plants are in my closet. The plants are in the middle of a circle of reflective material with a fan blowing on them lightly. I leave the door open a bit to keep the air circulating so that it does not get too hot. I have put my hand next to the plants to see if it is too hot for them and the air temperature feels fine. The plant is about a 44 days old and healthy otherwise.

Could be a medium problem.
Light: 400 watts hps, 8 cm away, 12/12 for flowering
8 cm away is like 4 inches. Do you have a massive air cooled reflector? 4 inches really close, I'm surprised you haven't burnt your tops.
Temp:around 24C, Humidity:water evaporating from the soil, fan is blowing on plants lightly
Temps seem fine but what's your humidity level at for when the lights are on and when they are off? Do you have good intake air coming in and good exhaust? If not you need lots of fresh air coming in and get that hot air out.
type of water:6.0-6.5 ph nutrient tap water, watering when top eight cm are dry, transplant is in a 3 gallon bucket
Depending on where you live your tap water could be causing you problems. I play it safe and stick with RO or distilled water. How often does it take for 8cm of the soil to dry? You might be overwatering.
Miracle Grow bloom boost dosage:1/2 teaspoon per 2 quarts every two weeks
When did you start feeding your plants after you transplanted? Does your soil have any added nutes to it? If so did you let your plants use up those nutes before adding MG?

Sounds like you have poor air movement. Remember proper air flow is just as important as water, food and light.
All my answers are in red.

They are sleeping. It is normal for plants to "droop" when lights are off. They will "wake up" about an hour before lights go on. Some strains, this is very noticable, others, not so much.
