drooping leaves

Currently the plant is on 12/12 and when the lights go off the leaves will droop. Is that normal?

Description:
Transplant/seed starter soil for a transplanted plant

Light: 400 watts hps, 8 cm away, 12/12 for flowering

Temp:around 24C, Humidity:water evaporating from the soil, fan is blowing on plants lightly

type of water:6.0-6.5 ph nutrient tap water, watering when top eight cm are dry, transplant is in a 3 gallon bucket

Miracle Grow bloom boost dosage:1/2 teaspoon per 2 quarts every two weeks

The plants are in my closet. The plants are in the middle of a circle of reflective material with a fan blowing on them lightly. I leave the door open a bit to keep the air circulating so that it does not get too hot. I have put my hand next to the plants to see if it is too hot for them and the air temperature feels fine. The plant is about a 44 days old and healthy otherwise.

Yes it is normal for your plants to droop during the dark cycle. They are sleeping. lol
8 cm seems very close unless its a very cool buring air cooled lamp.
ps-read up on Miracle Gro and all the people against it when growing marijuana. It is disliked by many. Your best bet would be to go to your local hydro shop and pick up a decent set or nutrients. Good Luck.
