Uhh, is my plant okay? White spots and alittle shock. (Not flowering yet, veging.)

Dropped a bulb (Saved my plant by grabbing it. HOT. OUCH.) knocked the plant slightly, some white spots on a leaf or two, will it be okay? (The dead tips of the leaf is from accidently almost touching a bulb, or touching it, one or the other) Suggestions and advice please?

Its looking good just make sure the lights dont get to close. Instead of using those regular light bulbs get some of the curly CFLs. Regular light bulbs get real hot compared to CFLs and the plant grows slower.
