Almost ready for harvest, but almost dead. HELP!

This is my first grow, Nirvana California Orange Bud. Indoor grow in soil under 250hps. Was feeding it w/ Tiger Bloom, but last week switched over to just PH adjusted water. This grow has been going on forever. Suppose to finish in 10 weeks, its been more like 14 weeks and the trichromes are still 95% clear. I have had some stress problems and problems with dying fan leaves which probabally contributed to the long grow.

My problem now is the whole plant is drying out and truning brown, its definatly dying. The leaves are totaly dead and its spreading to the bud. Is there anything I can do, or should I just harvest it now before it turns to dust?

Please help

Sounds like a root problem.
It's probably incurable, I'd harvest now and cure those buds real well.

Just chalk it up to experience and try to avoid it next time.

What's the soil look like? Is it real wet and does it smell bad?

Now that you mention it, something doesn't smell right, and the soil should be ready for another watering today but it isn't.

Looks like I got to chop her down.

Thanks amsterdamage.
