my babies are worse please help

hey all its my first grow running flood and drain feed 4 times day temp 77-81 38-41% rh using 10 gal res gh nutes 2ft floros 2 bulbs 20 watts each 4 inches above tops ph 5.9 (right now been fluxing) ppm 685 lighting 16/8 plants cut 4/3 4/7 picked them up on 4/20 heres my mix gh floro grow 50ml floro micro hardwater 25ml flora bloom 25ml diamond nector 100ml floralicious grow 25ml thats for 10 gal water. maybe to strong

PH is a touch high but, I wonder if it is a tad high on the nutes.. Just pic one plant up front, others look fine.

PPM is too high, quick remedy would be to take out 5 gallons of water, and put just PHed water in it's place. That will get you around 300 (where I like to stay during veg). If you're running in hydrocorn 5.9 should be fine but if you want to be a PH nazi you can get it down to 5.6.

I am a pH natzi because I see too many problems higher than 5.8. But if he is giving it too much nutes, lowering the pH to a level where no lockout would occure could actually make them worse.
