HELP i think my plant is dying.

i have a small stunted plant that started to bud early and is about 10 in. tall. it leafs are dying and they turn brown from the bottom and start shriviling up. i gave it some super grow shit and some sugar water. there also is alot of fertilizor but now too much tho.

if its getting nute burn give it a good flushing take how ever big the pot is and run 3 times the pot size of water threw it
