Is this right???

I got 6 plants going. on one plant thats a week old the 2 leaves are mostly green however the second set of leaves that are growing are looking a little yellow. Not too much just a little is that normal? Will they go greener is somthing wrong?

Could it be Somthing wrong with the root because I transferred it from a small pot to a big one could that of damanged it. cos the other 5 are fine
