Unhealthy Leaves

I'm growing a single plant under a fluorescent light fixture in "all-purpose" fertilized potting soil. Overall, the plant seems healthy except for two of its lower leaves; they seem to be partially covered in brownish-yellow splotches.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be the problem? I've attached a photo taken with my cell phone, so it's not the best quality, but it's the best I can get right now.

We need all the info on your grow including
What strain?
How old?
What type of medium?
What type of lights?
How far from the lights?
What, how much and when was it fed?
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
What size pots?
If any of these questions have already been answered please disregard as I cut and paste this for everyone.
If there is leaf discoloration please take pictures with all grow lights OFF especially HPS.
