We need all the info on your grow including
What strain?
How old?
What type of medium?
What type of lights?
How far from the lights?
What, how much and when was it fed?
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
What size pots?
If any of these questions have already been answered please disregard as I cut and paste this for everyone.

You are using the wrong light incandecent won't grow. Also way too young to feed so stop feeding. pH is a tad high too. I go no higher than 6.8.

Dude read the stickies in all the growing threads. It will save you time, [even if you are a slow reader], money, and tons of hastle. For growingh use CFL/Fluorecent, HPS, or MH.

You need better soil. Get a good no-nute-added potting soil from your local garden center.

Also, they're too young to be getting nutes just yet. Wait until they've put out their third leaf set before you start to feed them. Then start light and gradually increase the concentration as they get used to it.

Re: my plants are turning yellow/brown on tips and leaves are turning inwards

I know this is too late but for the record, That is Nute Burn and the lockup that follows. Also forget about incadesent lights. Fertilise less especially in fox farm Ocean Forest. That mix is already too strong for most strains and needs to be diluted 1:1 with peat moss and perlite/verm.
