First time grower. Yellowing and droopy leaves

Hi, this is my first plant at 4th week of veg and i ran in to some problems at second week. The leaves started getting yellow/brown spots and crispy. The leaves are a bit droopy also.

Think this could be overwatering? Usually the soil is dry couple inches deep when i water, but it could still be wet at the bottom right?

-Strain: Nirvana Pure Power plant

-Runoff PH: around 7 or less. (using ghe drop test)

-temps: at around 80 or less

-RH: 10-30% Can't get it up in winter

-Nutes: Bio bizz alg-a-mic and bio grow. I gave them 2ml grow and 1ml alg-a-mic at 3th week, but stopped since i was a bit scared i was overfeeding them, because they were in pretty new soil.

Cut the shit off, flush, wait 2 days and feed. Allways works as long as you read the directions on your fert. Get a good trace element fert
