They look fine, give us more details such as
We need all the info on your grow including
What strain?
How old?
What type of medium?
What type of lights?
How far from the lights?
What, how much and when was it fed?
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
What size pots?
If any of these questions have already been answered please disregard as I cut and paste this for everyone.

Yeah pump needs to be free and running. Ph of 5.9 is a bit high. I wonder if they uptake differently at pH 5.8 or lower.

This is just a thought, not sure if it's right. But I'm wondering if, since they're under a 1000w HID, you might not need to up the nute concentration a bit more. That's a lot of light, and the plants will grow very quickly under it...which means they eat more. I could be wrong though.

Also, maybe check your TDS in the buckets instead of in the reservoir. If those mats you're using are slowing down the circulation too much, you might find that the plants are getting less nutes than you think they are.

Just a couple ideas. Might not be worth much .
