discolor-spots-droop-canoe. anyone know why?

so ive got a few problems:

1. pale discoloration - lack of calcium due to high ph??
2. canoeing - calcium and mag def?
3. White spots - too wet?
4. Drooping - too wet?

Set up:
14 days old, b-grade seeds (not seed bank), 8 hrs in sun, 16 under 400wt hps in closet. 50-60 humidity, 75 deg. rockwool in good soil.

history:
the ph tester from my last grow was out so at day 8 i got a new one. days 0-8 the ph was around 7. Days 8- 14, 6.4 ish. Alot of flushing, so i guess that why the droop and small spots. No nutes til day 11, day 12 fresh flush and tiny amounts of nutes to help boost back to life. flushing on days 6,10 and 12 due to suspected high ph.

Prognosis:
I guess the 1st two probs were due to high ph and the later two due to over wet soil.??

ph is now 6.5 so when the soil dryes out, i hope all will come right? any input is appreciated

Im having the same problem. I believe overwatering or too much nutes.
We just switched them to 12/12 under 4 23w Red Spectrum CFLs and two started to droop and leaves have yellow.brown spots.

I put my bet on too many nutes.
