Looks like either a deficiency or Ozone damage. Do you have an Ozonator/Air Ionizer right next to your plants?

We need more info.

What, exactly, is the plant growing in - soil, hydro, soiless?

What are you feeding it, if anything.

pH?

Temps? Both ambient and, if hydro, your reservoir temps

^^Agreed with Help_Needed^^ Accurate pH readings are must as well and the medium.

This page says the red spotting could be a boron def. Click the link and see if you agree. If so you can solve that with a few eye drops containing boric acid. Adding a couple of drops in the next watering wouldn't hurt anything reguardless.

But that leaf looks REALLY dark green. It is the strain, a bad picture...........or too much nitrogen

Do you have bugs? Looks like spider mite damage.

I use an ozone generator and sometimes keep it in the grow room with plants. I check ozone levels and they only got to about moderate on the unhealthy scale which is not too bad. I never saw ozone damage on any plants but I think it looks different than that.
