Heat stress+Underwater

I'll try to make it detailed as possible as I do not have a camera.
It was a purple trainwreck & romulan clone.
At first I over watered a little too much but fixed that.
I left under hot lights for 2-3 days nonstop and forgot to turn on fan.
Half of plant was bent over including main stem. Leaves were still green but dry and crackly.
Past 2 days I tried curing by watering leaves, turning on fan, raising light.
Now it seems to have gotten worse. More bent over and leaves are turning brown.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to save it. This is the last plant of this strain I have or can get with amazing genetics so I would do anything to save it.

Also during the 2 or 3 days it was being abused I was not at home to water. It is in a rockwool cube.

We need all the info on your grow including
What strain?
How old?
What type of medium?
What type of lights?
How far from the lights?
What, how much and when was it fed?
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
What size pots?
If any of these questions have already been answered please disregard as I cut and paste this for everyone.
