Forgot to water and need help ASAP

I was away for 2 days and had a clone under 2 4 foot flo. cool white 40 watt each and a 42 watt full spectrum cfl and got about 85F where my plants were. I know it was stupid but I was in a rush to go see Joe Satriani at the guitar center session and then slept over peoples houses thinking it would be okay. I forgot to come back home to water it and stuff and now its not yellow but dry and droopy. It was a clone i got a week earlier and didn't even bother putting in my hydroponics yet. Well I've provided all the details I can but my question is

Can I save it?
If you think I can what would be the quickest way to get her back on her feet and growing healthy. Please be very detailed cos I really want her to survive. It's Purple Train Wreck & Romulan

(Sorry but I don't know where the charger for my camera went so no pics)

Think I may have loaded the pic twice..heehee.

Hmmm...I guess I can't upload the same file twice.
