sick plant getting worse w/pics help!!

i got these two going right now... they are around a month or so old.
5x5x7room
65-75 degrees F
600 hps
5 gal buckets
mirical grow organics soil
alaska fish emulsion fert (veg)
alaska more bloom
earth juice micro splash (veg)
they started ot kickin ass and not too long ago i noticed they started looking a little hungry for some nitrogen and then they just kept getting worse... had reaaaly purple stems on the worst one for a while but that seems to have gotten better.. now i am faced with drooping leaves, discoloration of leaves, and dying leaves. new growth keeps shootin out but it is comming up sort of pale looking and twisty/ curly.

here are the pics hopefully. also i have been checkin the ph and dont know how accurate it is . the kit i got is saying my water im giving them is an 8 or 9 and my run off is right in there too... which i know is to high.. so i tried adding a tiny bit of aluminum sulfate and the it tested at 3 or 4 ... . im wondering if a transplant to some soil i know is good would be a good thing t this time?

pH? Looks like under/overwatering as well.

Judging by the excess water collecting at the bottom of the pots, I'm going to have to say overwatering.

what kind of kit are you using for PH?

it does look like overwatering, but if your PH is 8 or 9 like you say then it needs to be addressed pretty quickly.
Some pics without the HPS would really help too.
