Not Growing on One Side . . .

This is one of 6 bagseed plants I'm growing. The plant seems to only be growing on one of its sides. Has anyone seen something like this before? If so, how can I fix it?!

Soil Mixture

The soil mixture is 1/3 horse manure, 1/3 perlite, and 1/3 cheap topsoil.

The soil is too hot? Is it my mixture or are the pots too close to the light? The plants aren't burning from the light at all.

SOIL,,, change the soil to just a potting soil,,,, these are plants just like any other, put them in potting soil and add nutes slowly, horse manure will kill them..... add horse manure or any manure at 1 teaspoon per month, spread out but not at once....

Thats way too much nitrogen at once. All manure, even human has a shit load nitrogen in it.

Soil too hot means it has too much fertilizer which is burning them.
