Help me out really quick! PICS

hey guys wuts wrong with these leaves them and the new growth are wilting and are almost crusty

they are 3 inches from my cfls i just moved them further away a bit i dont think its underwatering cuz i jus watered it about 15 mins b4 this pic

We need more information from you if we're going to diagnose your plants. Check out the Readh before posting thread to get an idea of what we need to know.

It *looks* like you've got some nitrogen toxicity, but that's really unusual in a soil grow, so give us a better idea of what your growing environment is like.
