Your temps are quite low but so is humidity... cannabis holds a lot of water, and when the humidity is too low cannabis will respond by transpiring quicker, this can also form brown spots on the leaves, stop the plant uptaking nutrients, and droop... eventually die.

Increase the circulation in your grow space, I believe it may also be lacking co2... what are the dimensions of your grow space?

I guess I would call that stable. Are you sure 76 is the hottest it gets in there?

To raise humidity keep a bucket of water or a wet towel in the grow room.

76 is fine for a temp, the dark hours 71 in the dark hours is also alright for most strains. Try making a small Co2 Emission system, it will raise your temps to the optimal range and the nights should be a bit better.

The cheapest:effective way to fuel CO2 in my opinion (if you dont have too much money to get a nice CO2 system) is to get a block of dry ice and cut a couple holes in the top of the styrofoam storage unit. Buy a cheap 3 dollar air filter at a thrift store, take the filter out and put the intake side face down over the holes so it sucks the CO2 up and blows it onto your plants and at the same time it blows away the old oxygen that is sitting around/on the leaves.

The Absolute MOST it will ever get as far as temps go, its 83 and that is with my OLD set up -

I have moved the Ballest OUT , 2 fans are in the small room -

1x Box fan
1x Rotating fan

Dimensions of my room are 3ft wide 3 ft long and like 6ft high

Any other questions ?

There looking better, ill take a pic in a day or 2, or perhaps the next feeding, that way there might be a difference in the photo's..

Anyways, Question.... Can i sterilize some sicciors, and cut off the lower "Yellowing" "Dead" Leaves?

Im not sure, but in theory, the plant is trying to restore those leafes, and if i just cut em off all together, more growth can be focused up top ?

Btw, Anyone want to suggest anything?

I think it might be a little late to LST, the roots on my plants, are fcken huge.... They have had these 2 fans on them 24/7 since as early as 1 week after sprout...

But mabey some super cropping ? Topping?

In all honesty, this grow isnt for Yield in the end, but rather experience - i want to do some testing, learning, before i hop on board with my SoG operation..

just give the leaves a gentle tug with your fingers, they should come off.

The plant also isn't trying to restore those leaves, but draining the life from them. You could leave them or pull them off it is up to you.

Chopping lower lying branches will concentrate more growth to the top.

I just tug on the stem too. If it is ready it will cum off easily. If you want to cut it sterilize with scissors cleaned with a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol.
