If the trichs are cloudy you could be ready to harvest now. It's just a question of personal preference. Some growers like more amber in their trichs than others. As for the hermies, that's somewhat common in late flowering. The plant wants very badly to be fertilized, and since there weren't any male plants around, it grew it's own balls. This late in the game, another few days isn't going to give it time to get much in the way of seed developement. So you can wait a bit to let it mature a tad more. But don't give it more than say, another week or so.

you should of kept them in complete dark during the 12 hours of darkness thats my guess as to why they turned or the temps were fucked ?

i would wait the seed development wont matter wait a few more days of clean water so you can have good taste over small seeds

Yeah, you can give it a few more days if you want. That said, there's some disagreement as to whether flushing is really necessary with a hydro grow (or soilless in your case). Some growers say you should flush, some say it doesn't matter. I honestly couldn't tell you who's right, since there are respected growers on both sides of the argument. The green color simply indicates that the plant is alive and healthy. Yeah, it'll smoke harsh if you tried it right now because of all the cholorphyl, but letting it cure properly will solve that problem.
