what could be wrong with my white rhino?

i checked the ph today and it had climbed to 6.2 so i dropped it down to 5.9. the leaves just feel kinda dry and the curling and burning is getting on my nerves. i kinda just wanna tear off every burnt fan leaf and call it a day. my ec is at 1.00. im using the lucas formula 0-5-10 under a 1000w mh. someone told me to boost it up 60% to 0-8-16. i did add 5 ml of bloom and 5 ml of micro in the last gallon i topped off with because the ec had dropped down to .8 and i had been told i was underfeeding at 1.0.. the branches look very healthy with a sliiight yellowing here and there. there is a good amount of purple tint in the fan leaf stems as well. heres a photo.

i use the lucas formula with kroger brand spring water and it holds good ph for my plant all the time. I never even check the ph...actually I had used it for awhile before, but it seemed like the plant did alot better when I just stopped using the ph adjusters...

i just won a 600w hps on ebay last night. and 15'x20' of 2"x2" nylon chicken wire. the plant should be looking prettier soon. this is my first grow. its been a real learning experience. this was the only seed out of 10 green house femmed white rhinos that made it. the seeds were soooo small it was ridiculous. its been 55 days since seed under 1000w's. the only co2 she gets is when i talk to her, 3-4 times a day. she grows so fast. my next investment is a sulfur burner. i had a nasty little spider mite infestation early on. i spotted it as soon as it was happening and started sponging down the leaves top on and bottom. i called up my local garden shop looking for neem oil which they claimed to have. i get there and they've got like a big .01% neem oil spray bottle supposedly safe on anything, besides humans and garden pests. when i sprayed my plant down, it got rid of the mites, but the plant burned up. the plant was lookin a lot more congested and burnt before i pruned off all the damage. ever since i started using the lucas formula my plant has seemed to cheer up a lot. and that wasnt very long ago. maybe 2 weeks. check this out. 16 days growth.

That "someone" was me. And while I realize I'm not an expert on growing MJ by any means, I do have some experience using the Lucas Formula including making a number of mistakes that impacted my grows - mistakes which I learned from so that my third grow with the Formula is going to exceed everything I've done before. So maybe, just maybe, I might know what I'm talking about?

i didnt take your suggestion lightly, help_needed. i made sure to not let my e.c drop any further. i thought i was over feeding, you thought i was under feeding, i made sure to not let my ec drop any further while i investigated the matter. my condolences for not crediting you for the advice.
