Pics would help for sure, this can be caused by a few different things, try to list as much about your setup as possible.
Just curious, is it 74 in the room, or 74 at the top of the plants? What type of light and how far away?

there should be a sticky that says something like :

IF YOU WANT HELP ALWAYS POST THESE THINGS

average Temps (High/Low) of area
PH of solution (hydro)
PH of run off (Soil)
PPM / feeding nutes
RH of room (or best guess)
Large picture of problem
Discription of grow room (light positioning, air handling etc.)
Discription of problem to include best guess of plant genetics.

I'm in no way a skilled plant medic / diagnoser, so i'm sure there's more that can be added to the list, thats just the questions that popped into my head ATM.

like anony said.. it could be sooooo manythings, the more info the better

leaves are curling on the top of plant near the lights? the lights are probably too close, leaves will curl away from heat and if its real hot they will shrink like you are talking about. i found this out when it was gettin a little cold and i used a heater. many of the leaves by the heater curled and shrunk. it also happens to me when the plants grow too close to my hps.

I just made a post on an indoor stealth grow using CFLs which I have personally done before.

If I had pcitures I could be definitive , but I am very confident in saying that the problem is heat. Put your hand under your lights for 5 minutes (which you wont want to do) and you will find that should something sit under these lights hours upon hours a day it would be torture.

I had this same problem closet growing under CFLs.

Leaves browned on the tips and bent away from the light. This is clear indication of heat intensity.

Would recommend a light fan or moving your light farther from the plants at the expense of getting less light absorbtion form the plant.

The absorbtion could be improved by painting basically everything flat white or using mylar to coat the walls. Flat white basically will doing essentially the same job and be much easier.

Again, I am very convince the heat is the issue, but I suppose nute posioning wouldn"t help.

Set up some pics asap. We would love to help.
