need advise..plants lookin grim

whats up
well its been like 33 days since sprout and i have 5 plants that look badass

well 4 i should say
i have 4 plants lookin badass but the gods gift strain in the green bucket is lookin droopy as you can see

any one have any ideas.....

i just watered 2 days ago its been a week since the last watering so i doubt its overwating....

0n the 7th of feb i thought their ph may have been too acidic so i flushed them with good water....

i usually take a gallon of tap water and put 6 drops of lemon juice in the water..

makes it look like a solid 6.7 or 6.8
so anyway i flushed them with liek 3 gallons each and they were lookin ok

so i watered them this thurs with Fox farm nutes

the grow big shit for veging, and they look great

using miracle grow soil..has never gave me probs this grow (which is my first grow)

i got a pretty ghetto rigged setup with my lights as you can see but its working
using like 8 26w daylight bulbs and i at first bought soft light but i found out those are for veging....but along with the 8 daylights i am using like 6 soft lights also..
i doubt it hurts
each plant has more daylights than softs on them, i just using the softs as well cause i figure more light can help

but can anyone tell what might be wrong with my droopy ass plant

it so bushy and stalky and a few leaves seem to be withering quite bad on the very bottom.....
this plant started out the best so bushy and big
but all the other plants are doin so much better....

this one isnt thaaat bad but something is up

lookin droopy

any takers?
