| 4th week into flower, normal??
this plant is about 4 weeks into flowering. i am still learning so not sure if the small leaves is normal, it looks like stunted growth, and the color is so light. this happened with my last plant but it had problems thru out it's life. i recently flushed it with 5 gal 6.5ph tap water, and it perked up a little. am i just being paranoid or is something wrong? thanks IMG_0087[1].jpg IMG_0088[1].jpg IMG_0090[1].jpg

the two highest stems (it's lst-ed) colas (what ever ya call them) are only about 10-12in away from light but even the new growth tword the bottom of the plant look that way also.

well there is a good chance you have some sort of deficiency, however right now its no big deal, the light however is a huge deal, whether or not heat is a factor your lights are still way to close, a 400w hps should be like 18 inches away from the top, in my opinon (this is assuming you have head space) move them up about 2 feet and let your plants rest a little, if they dont bounce back and things get worse, then we will go from there. also dont leave your light that high for long (week or two) because those sativas will stretch like no other. once they start stretching i would move it back down. just my .02 good luck | |

do the leaves stop growing at some point in flowering? cause it's still stretch'n up but it's like the leaves just stopped. that's what my last plant did, thought it was a ph lockout, couldn't be this time. any thoughts.

I had the same problem once but it wasn't really a problem because whatever it was it fixed its self. I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse. My guess is it's from cold to warm temps from switching lights.
