Yellowing/Paling of new growth at the leaf edges

I don't know what this is and couldn't find a picture to compare it to. I'm growing organic with Biobizz All-mix. So far the only nutes I've used is a little bit of Plagron Start-Up and a little bit of Plagron Alga-Grow (which I read the wrong dosage for).

hay i have the same problem with my babies i think its alga csresita. or mybe mg deficience. i wish you a lot oof luck

What is alga csresita? It sounds like it has something to do with algae which would probably make sense as my nutrients are organic nutrients with sea algae in them.

Picture 1 is a zinc deficiencies in vegetative growth.

I agree with the Zinc diagnoses it's most probable.
Check your soil's pH and if it's good hit it with general purpose nutes.
