Twisted leaves have me baffled...take a look.

Hi,

I'm not new to growing the good herb, but its been a while. I am growing 5 feminised nightshade seeds from barneys farm, and 4 masterlow seeds left over from a friends project (lowryder crossbreed).

Seeds planted 29/01, pics taken 2 weeks later (12/02). All planted into root riot seed blocks and nightshades took 2 days to germ and MLs 3/4 days.
MY PROBLEM

My problem is that 2weeks in, despite good growth and progress, the plants dont look healthy - they are twisting and just look ugly. They were quite a light green but are beginning to get darker (since re-potting after 10 days). The twisting is not there when the leaves first form, rather they contort with time. Some tips/spikes point upwards, but its the twisting that has me baffled.

The only mistake I see is using superthrive (see below), but my research has led me to possible under fertilisation (tips could be magnesium, light green colour be lack ot nitrogen, which got better with new soil). One site suggested it may be the plants growing too quickly and that it was nothing to worry about. But I'm a worrier.

MY SET-UP

I x G-Tools mini - ready built mini grow room - 400W HPS - rvk extractor, filter, thermo/hydrometer etc. Temp runs at 74 - 79 f by day and 63 by night - 42 - 48% humidity. 70cm x 55 cm workable floor space, 1m workable grow height - hence short breeds.

Using a purpose mixed light soil mix from local reputable hydro shop, told no need to feed for first 2 - 3 weeks. This is in 7 litre pots for the nightshades and 4 litre pots for the masterlows - space restrictions.

Using tap water left out for 3 days and adjusted to 6.8 - 7.0 from 7.2 - 7.4
Have not been using any furts, but have added a 1/3 of rec. dose of superthrive, a vitimin/hormone mix. Watering about once every 6/7 days, I'm not an over-waterer.

They seem to be growing at a good pace, but should I be concerned by the twisting and general contortion? Are they growing so fast that thay need a little fert despite the soils nutes? Or should I just be safe and give them plain water for a while? I hadnt planned on nutes for another week at least.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There was a similar issue with 2 week old seedlings that was corrected after the water was ph adjusted down to ~6.5

Are you 100% sure of your ph?
