Help, lower yellowing leaves, burn spots, dropping

Sup GC, just a little background on my grow before I get into the main problem. This is my third grow, my first one with a 400w HM / HPS lamp, for vitalization I have a 6inch inline fan with ducting directly from the lamp (so my temp says around 80). I am also using liquid Fox Farm nutrients (big bloom, grow big, tiger bloom). Right now I am growing 4 Feminized White Widow Skunks from seed and two random bag seed plants. The widows are entering their 6th week of veg, and the bag seed plants are entering their 4th. But my problem is with my White Widows, the lower leaves are turning yellow and drooping / dieing off, with little burn spots on a few leaves. I think this is either a K or Mg problem but I am not sure, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What type of soil?
Being that these are white widow's, the most sensitive strain to nutes, I am going with my favorite diagnosis of fert burn. In your case it is only slight so just back off on the FF and they will be OK.

I am just using a generic regular potting soil with no added nutes. assuming that its nute burn should I just flush them and go easy on the nutes through flowering?

things are going well right now, they have recovered quite nicely, and are now entering their third week of flowering. I will try to get some better pics than these, but my camera isnt all that great.
