why are my leaves curling?

it has been 3-4 weeks of flowering under half a dozen or so cfl bulbs,(no space for a hps system) and many of the leaves on this plant are sort of curling downward and almost drooping a bit. they are not fully stretched out like i am used to seeing. the plant seems to be quite healthy with almost no yellowing exept on a few leaves at the very bottom of the plant which i know is not unusual during the flowering phase. The leaves that are curling downwards are not yellow and seem to be healthy besides the fact that they are not at all stretched out. Just wondering if this is bad and if anybody knew what this would be caused by. all info appreciated, Thanks.

Usually when a plant droops it is from over or under watering. Any pictures?

sry i dont have a camera, i know it couldnt be from underwatering but ill try letting the soil dry thoroughly and water it again after, maybe that will help. the leaves seem healthy, just strange that they curl down. thanks for the info
