Check out these leaves spots and brown spots

Hey I found one plant that has some spots on it's leaves. This plant was in the corner of the garden and I noticed some yellowing a few days ago. I figure they were the lower leaves that were not getting enough light and took them off. Today I noticed spots all over the plant.

I checked the run off PH and it was 6.5. No other plants have these spots so I thinking it's not bugs.

Please take a look and let me know what you think. I have 17 females going and don't want any thing spreading to the other plants.

Oh one more thing the leaves feel dirty. Like there is dirt on them???

It could possibly be a K deficiency or a Mn(Manganese) deficiency. I can't help you much but I hope this at least helps. Good luck.

I think your right. Some sort of deficiency. I recently changed from Flora nove to Fox Farm bloom. The fox farm is way weaker stuff. I switched back a couple days ago. Hope that cures the issue.

Any other thoughts?

Yea I just looked up some causes of spots like that and everything I found was basically a deficiency. Iron is another one I found to be added to that list. But I hope the switch solves everything. Keep us updated.

Do you smoke cigarettes or any other tobacco product? If so that may be your problem. I had the exact same situation as you on my last grow. Four plants, one developed the same spots as what yours show. The diagnosis on mine was a virus caused by touching the plants. The virus is called Tobacco Mosaic Virus. The virus gets on your hands from the tobacco and you transmit it to your plant when touching it. Unfortunately it's not curable. There is a lot of info on this site about it. If you don't smoke NEVERMIND.

I doubt that is TMV. TMV is a cell to cell virus, meaning that it would show up as a one or two large, constantly growing spots, not tiny individual spots.

Thanks

I just got the largest hand sanitizer i could find. I will never enter the room without washing my hands.

Yes I do smoke. I don't think it's tmv. Out of all the plants in there That one was touched the least by way far. I had it in the back corner for the longest time and not in the rotation of moving pots.

But if tmv can happen I'll be super careful from now on.

I removed the most damaged leaves. The rest of the leaves on that plant still have spots but not nearly as bad. I can see the spot on a couple of other plants but very slightly. It's been about a week since I went back to the full strenght nutes.

Note to self" if things are going well don't change anything"

I hope it's over. Thanks SSH
