Yellow, curled leaves and tacoing

My beanstalk is a week old now. I originally had it in Hyponex soil which sucked so I switched to FFOF even though I know it can be hot for seedlings. The bottom leaves are yellow while the next set of leaves is tacoing. They are watered every 2-3 days, as needed. Is the yellowing just from the FFOF or no? And what about the tacoing? Heres a picture of it:

Thanks for the help

bump

I think the FFOF was causing the burn so I switched to MG organic just for now until they get out of seedling stage and into veg. So I'll leave in there for two more weeks then transplant to FFOF and bigger pots. Any ideas on what the problem is and if what I did will solve it/help?

Yeah man FFOF is good but, can harm some seedlings. Your MG Organic will be OK as long as it does not" feed plant's for 3 months". Othwerwise the burn might continue.

Does the picture look to be because of nute burn? And the MG I am using is Organic Choice and doesn't say anywhere on it "feeds for 3 months" like the regular potting mix. The nutes in it are .10-.05-.05 Are these numbers insignificant? And will these make my leaves green again? Thanks.

Yes the number means there is a small amount of nutes in it. This may or may not be a problem. Yes your seedling is too young for a natural deficiency, it is most likely from too much fertilizer in the previous soil. Monitor the seedling closely. Make sure no more yellowing occurs.

How long will it take before I start seeing them change back to green, so I know they are getting better and not worse?

I have the same problem. I am also using MG organic with two 20 watt flouro tubes and two 75 watt cfl's.

The damaged leaves probably will not turn back to green. What you are looking for is the new growth to come in green. What kind of lights are they under? If under CFL's they should be three inches from the tops of the plants. Any further than that and the leaves will "reach" for the light. You got any pictures of them now?

I am using a 150w HPS. Here are some pictures.

Plant #1 From the side showing leaves pointing straight up and first leaves curled down

Plant #1 From top

Plant #2 From top

Plant#2 From side

I have 3 other plants and they all look different. I don't have any uniformity really except that 4 out of 5 of them have their top leaves looking like Plant #1. Plant #2 is the best looking out of the bunch I think. Any ideas on Plant #1?

How far away is that HPS?
I think the plant looks fine and you should not worry about the leaves pointing up.

The light is 14" away. And is the drooping of the leaves on plant #2 natural? Thanks for the help man.

14 inches away for a 150 watt hps is a little far. Shoot for no further than 12 inches away providing heat is not an issue. I don't see any droop on the plant 2.

Alright, I lowered the light to 9 1/2 inches. And on plant #2 on the side pic, the slight curve down is natural?

Edit: I also added a little water to all the cups to condense the soil a little. I think the soil around the roots was too lose and had to much air. So I poured in a little water on each and banged the cups down a little to compact the soil just a tad. It's been about 7 hours from then and the leaves have started to fall and not point up straight in the air.

Here's some updated pictures of plant #2. The other plants look to be doing fine now except for this one.

The leaves are curling down and I'm not sure why. The yellowing has stopped and new growth looks green but the leaves are curling down.
