Branch Splitting???

I have one plant that has just started 12/12 4 days ago. It was vegitated for about a month and is over 2 1/2 foot tall. I am growing in a bubble bucket. I just looked and one of the branches has split down the middle. Its a branch for one of the big fan leafs. I dont know why it split? The leaf still looks healthy, but it just doesnt look normal to me. It looks like someone took a razor blade and just cut it right down the middle. But I am the only one who knows about the plant and its my own apartment. I am positive that the plant did this on its own.....whats wrong with it?

ok i just looked and it seems like several branches have split somewhat. Are the braches just getting too fat?

well the plant is in the dark right now and the light wont turn back on until after I go to sleep so maybe I can get some tomorrow. The leaves look fine still, Im not sure if the splits will heal back up or not....

to try and help them along with mending itself and heal. you could use some everyday band aides to help keep them closed up. see if they heal

lol ya bandaids could help. Jus wrap them around the "split" branches and it should heal. Hell i had a giant block of wood fall onto one of my branches completely bending it and it also cut of a leaf. I jus used a large zip tie an propped it up in the soil and a few days later it was back to normal. besides the leaf missing an all..
