Excessive drooping, Time for feeding?

Hi guys, Well this is my second grow and I am using a 400watt MH in vegetative stage right now. The plants are in soil and only the two bigger plants in the big pots have been fed fox farm grow big (almost up to the recommended dose) and they seem to be just absolutely flourishing. The other 10 I have only been giving water except for 2 special ones which got a root supplement to begin with. Oh by the way these are all started from seeds I got offline from a site that claims theyre from the netherlans, I suppose thats what the .nl stands for instead of .com. Anyways yah I was just wondering why these babies are drooping so much. Theres no possible way I have been over watering because I water usually at the earliest every 3 days (The soil I have retains water very well). So basically what I want to know is what is causing this and if there is an easy fix, whether it be starting to feed them or raising the light I want to know other culprits that may be drooping my plants also. Thanks for the help in advance.

PS These plants were all started at the same time. Which was 4 weeks ago to this day.

Hey bud, hate to break it to ya but, you have a watering issue there. By any chance are you using Miricle grow moisture control? Even if you are not, you say your soil retains water well which is good for tomatoes and other vegetables but not weed.
