Sick Plants Please Help!!!

Hey all I came to this site because i heard eveyone was really knowledgable and i was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have searched around for a solution but I would really like some specific advise from fellow growers. I have some pics included to show you the problems and i'll describe my setup below...

Strain: KC36
Lights: 152 watts of CFL (3 42watts and 1 26 watt bulb) lights have been on 24/7 since the 7th of january. there are about 2 inches away from the plants
Watering: every couple days give about 520ml to my 4 plants
Nutes: About a week ago i gave them some 1/4 strength 30-15-15 nutrient solution after that i thought they may have been burning the plant so i gave just been giving regular water since.
Soil PH: is around 6.8-7 (hard to tell exactly i just have a cheap soil tester kit)

The picture of the leaf is a close up of one of my plants older leaves
the other picture is a close up of the top of another one of my plants

Could be slight fert burn.

ya looks like you have salt build up maybe causing some lock up and not letting it breath
