hi guys,
I'm in desperate need of help here, i have grown the plants to this stage, but have come across this one problem, dried up blotches of a yellowish colour on my leaves (not on all the leaves, just on a few, maybe one or two per plant).. now i tried watering with a ph buffer, (thinking my problem is ph related), though the ph seems to remain at 7 for me. Now i tried using ph down, bringing the water to a 5 ph, but after flushing, the run off water remains 7!!!!!!!!!!! so my first question is obviously, is it a ph problem? if thats the case how im i going to manage to bring the ph level effectively (im using acquarium ph regulators). And one last question i just watered three days ago, im i in danger of overwatering?
ps: I have got limestone rocjs underneath the peat for better drainage, which is renowned to bring the alkanility of the water up, could that be screwing up my ph reading?? if anyone has the patience to give me some expert advice it would be greatly appreciated.
im currently using a 400w MH together with a 400w HPS the lights are about 2feet away from the top of the plants. do you think i should higher my lights??/
I deffinantly see signs of over-watering.....try to water less often. Your HPS seems at the right distance...whats your intake and exhuast like? Air circulation, fan, ect...
well ive got a small intake fan, but there seems to be enough air intake, and do u see signs of overwatering in the last pic? cos thats a pic after i just flushed them
