please help are my plants dead

planted my seeds week ago about 3inc now only thing is 2 of them fallen down i have got the light on 24 hours a day also leaves possible little dry .
i have ventalation electric fan on all the time also the light is about 20cm from them any ideas or tips on if this sounds right

post more information about the lights, temps, humidity, etc --- also some pics might help too. just water em a bit and take away from the high temps they can ressurect.

first move your light down its too high.(also what type of lights r u using,cfl,hid,fluros?)
they've probably fallen over due to stretching for light, so just get a toothpick & gently tie stems onto it & make sure a gentle breeze is on them as that'll strengthen them up & stop from falling over again.

2nd change your light cycle to 18/6 (18 on ,6 off)

mist your leaves twice a day,take out grow room or move lights up & give a good mist mainly underside of leaves,then put back under lights
