help with diagnosis...theyre shriveling! pics included

im very worried about my lil girls! theyre not looking well at all, and im not sure why. ive looked around the web trying to diagnose the problem but i cant pin down whats wrong.

P.S. very sorry for the cellphone pics, my camera is R.I.P. lol...i tried to touch them up on photoshop, but to no avail

here is the info on what ive been doing
-water with a spray bottle (making sure not to spray the plant, only the soil around it)
-water when i stick my finger an inch or 2 in the soil and its dry (which is like everyday)
-i have intake and exhaust fans circulating air (shown in pics)
-not using any nutes
-soil is miracle grow potting mix and scotts sphagnum peat moss mixed roughly half and half (bad choice, i know, but i was a growig noob when i bought it and havent had money to get new soil)
-2 CFLs one 26W (the bluer looking one) and one 42W (the other one)
-i put a cup of water among the plants in an effort to raise humidity but i dont think it did anything
-i dont have a thermometer or humidity reader, and also no way to measure the PH of the water or the soil...like i said, no money

i guess thats it, please help me out!! i dont want the little guys to die!!

one looks good-ish, but the other 2 are shitty looking as can be

thank you VERY much for any help

you should have added perlite to the potting mix, not moss. the mix IS peat moss....all you really did was make the mix more compacted-not what you want to do. just go with what you got for now, and fix your mix on the next try. ALSO: water only when the soil is dry. Figure this by simply picking up the cups...when they feel light weight water them. If you want to test this here is what you do. Put some dry mix in a cup. Put some fully wet mix in another cup. Feel the difference in weight? Water them when they are lightweight, and when you do, water all the way through, so water comes out the bottom. You do have holes in the bottoms of the cups dont you?

ahhh i see. yeh on my next grow i was planning on getting some actual good soil, a foxfarm product or something quality like that. is 75% soil 25% perlite a good ratio?

and i only water when its very dry, but its dry like every day.
and yeh i have drainage holes haha

are the ph test kits just those strips like i used in chem class? cuz i def think its a PH issue the more i think about it. wouldnt the extra peat moss make my shit real acidic?

you got it....garden lime is added to soil to buffer ph...keep it from being too acidic. get a test kit that measure ph 4-8 or so. some kits for fishtanks only go down to ph 6-7. Foxfarm soil is good, but not the end all be all. Commercial growers often use promix or sunshine mix, as it is cheap and available everywhere.....
