bottom leaves keep dropping

im growing this plant and whenever i get a new set of leaves the very bottom leaves dry up and drop off, what could be causing this ive never had this problem in the past

Give more details such as:
Age of plant
seed or clone
type of lights
type of soil
fertilizing schedule and amount
temperature
pH
etc

im new to this so im not sure on some things the plant is about 3 months old and im using regular potting soil and some tomato fertilizer, and ive only fed it twice, i use 200 watt cfl lights

I take it you don't know the soil or run-off pH?

thats your prob mate your needing to start feeding them.3 months on reg soil with tomato fert is not enough at that stage
so i'd leach them first then after say 3 days start introducing them to nutes,but what stage you at, veg or flowering?
