My Poor Plants

Hi,
I am having issues with my plants, My setup is 2x600w hps, proper soil, bio bizz nutrients and about 20 plants of feminised seeds and they have been growing for about a month on 18/6
Basically, the plants are all very different, none of them look as strong as my last grow, some have gone yellow, some have barely grown at all, some leaves are dying at the bottom, they just generally do not look healthy, it is strange as our last grow went very well and we have been doing this the exact same. I have thrown in some pics for you to analyze.

Let me know what yaz think

that little one looks like all my plants lol, they were way stressed and i'm trying to
revive them.....

anyways, all the bottom leaves fell off when i realized my tap water was 9ph.

test the ph of whatever solution you are watering with, use a chemical(liquid) test kit
