Unhappy Please Help!!!

Im 1 and Half weeks in the 12/12 flowering stage, had a problem with a timer lastnight where the light did not shut off for an extra 5 hours
so bascially the light stayed on for 17 hours. I put it back on its normall 12/12schedual. question, is this crop ruined?? will I get seeds or is it possable it will be ok?? Thanks for taking time to read and answer

Don't worry about it.

While it's possible the plants may hermie, it's not likely. The plants will probably be fine.

I love the handle now that you know what you are doing Help_Needed- I wish they would let you edit your username so your's can read Help_Needed? and your custom title can be "On the Case" or something like that.

He's right- he has some personal experience with it as well. I had it happen with the Kush this round- added cfl's and forgot to put them on the timer... I didn't realize what I had done for a couple days, so they got 24 hours of light for about 2 days. They are totally fine 3 weeks later.

Personal experience? Oh no, not me. *I* didn't leave the overhead light on for 3 or 4 days. Nope, not me .

Actually, lighting screw-ups are pretty common. I've seen the question repeated multiple times on more than one board. I think that as long as the light problem isn't long term - as in a light leak that lasts the whole flowering period - it doesn't hurt the grow too much. I think..... lol.
