my plants are about 7 weeks old now and are outdoor, just wondering if ants are harmfull to plants cos a few pots have ants swarming all over them. and while im here ill also like to know if i can expect to see my plants gender soon?

i had an ant nest in one of my plants this summer...they didn't seem to cause any damage, however as soon as i saw them i watered with neem oil and dried out the soil and they went bye bye...as for sexing, look at the photo-period in your area...add 1/2 hour before and after sun rise, set...when you get to ~14 hours daylight, 10 dark, they will begin to preflower...otherwise you can do what i did and force flower them now...take some clones first so when ya id the females in two weeks you will be ahead of the game with some growing female clones....
